Invention rated  Perfect
Without question the best board on the site...so many dynamics!

I would love to see the next version start with everyone having vision, but then have the ability for an individual to, "block" others vision along the tech line...I am not sure how that fits in to the whole theme of Invention, but I think that would be far more strategic with less luck involved.

great board...very difficult to get control. suspect this will work well with a large number of players.

makes great sense to introduce sea and air routes to the classic board. should have been excellent, but, for some reason, I didn't really get on with it that well. I shall try again!

War rated  Great
different look tyo the classic board. I am not a huge fan of these graphics, but then I am not particularly bothered about graphics anyway. I love the classic board, so I guess this one gets my support.

Quzar rated  Great
fun board, but not my favourite. the wrap around is a good touch, but it can be a long game. that said, this another board for the strategist.

Go-Geared rated  Superb
great board...more like chess than classic risk, but that should take nothing away from this board...this is more about strategy than luck, which has to be a good thing.

Mobs of New York rated  Superb
used to play this one on a different site. great fun, though it never surprises me how often a seemingly powerful position gets overturned.

another interesting variation on the original, but somehow hasn't caught my attention. A good board nonetheless.

Game of Hordes! rated  Great
anything that rewards aggressive play is a plus for risk - too many games reward stock-piling and no taking of initiative. haven't played this enough, but do want to play it more often.

Wargate Atlantis rated  Average
I am not a graphics person, rather more concerned with a map view, in order to easier understand the borders. consequently, found this confusing and was not tempted to come back.

nice variation, though not particularly novel. It hasn't enticed me back...
